I would suggest going to Start - and then Search - search for CA Internet Security Suite 2007 under all files and folders. Hopefully it ll return some results or seach for part of the name if it doesn t work with the whole program name. I don t think it d be 100 safe to delete every instance of the program because maybe it s necessary for the proper functioning of some other program.

My other idea would be to install it again - yes, I know that sounds crazy since you re trying to get rid of it, but by reinstalling it, you can write down the filename/filepath of where the program installs itself and then be able to go and delete files from that folder/filepath.
